Notes on Yarn Kit

This kit contains 3 skeins of JINSE and 1 skein of Dawnlight.
Colors included: Noon Moon, Green Island, Raw Jade, Sea Glass

In the sample photos, JINSE silk mohair is held double to create a fuller and more luminous fabric. For a lighter, more transparent look, the shawl can also be worked with a single strand of JINSE.

The Hedgerow Shawl pattern is primarily worked using three fingering-weight colors, and this kit is thoughtfully arranged as one skein of fingering-weight Dawnlight paired with three skeins of lace-weight JINSE.

This combination allows for richer color blending effects throughout the shawl, while also offering the joy of exploring color layering through holding different yarns together.
