If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us (contact@sevenfolddyes.com) within 7 days of delivery, we accept returns for a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition, with all their packaging and tags, and yarn must not be wound. Return shipping costs may apply.

Discounted items, sweater quantities, collaborations and limited edition are non-refundable, all sales are final.
